They truly take their time with your animals and give you all the options that you have that are best in the situation. Always treat my animals with respect and have never had any problems with them. Their prices are a little higher but I also believe their knowledge base is broader than most vets in our area. They’re also very active and rescue and things like that which is also very important to me. I have a difficult schedule to work around and they always seem to be able to work me in when needed.

Heidt vet is over an hour away from where I live. But I still make the trip every time. Hands down the best vet I’ve taken my dog to. They understand his needs being an older dog, treat him with patience, and always keep me in the loop of what’s going on. The doctors always will explain the problem, the solutions they have, and let me ask as many questions as I can. Their prices are good, and their experience is one you can’t beat.

Recently had our first visit to this veterinary office and loved it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the vet made us feel welcome and took excellent care of our cats. The office was clean and comfortable as well. I definitely recommend them.

Always a great experience! The vet always takes time answering my questions in detail and never makes me feel rushed. All of the assistants are so pleasant as well and give your pets so much love. When we pull up to the parking lot my pup can’t wait to get out and go inside!
